Job requirements

You will…

  • Be the Robin to the Batman (Product Owner) of our backend and integration team - thereby assisting them with internal coordination and supplier management, to help them reach their full potential.
  • Support the Product Owner with sprint planning, retrospectives, release planning, prioritization and monthly hour reporting
  • Help protect the team from sprint scope changes
  • Work with the team on backlog refinement and grooming
  • Get your hands dirty with testing of new features and bug fixes
  • Coordinate technical and operational relationships with connected suppliers of travel products (flights, hotels, activities, rental cars and transfers)

You have…

  • A high level of structure and self-organization
  • The characteristics of a result-oriented fast learner, with the ability to make things happen
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal departments and external partners
  • Knowledge of agile software development concepts & processes (Scrum certification is a plus)
  • Experience working with software development teams in an agile setting
  • Experience with Jira / Confluence and related tools
  • As a plus: experience with managing customer / partner relationships, with Software as a Service development or in the travel industry / with travel technology
