You will:

  • Support the Location Manager in Lisbon as well as our HQ in Zurich

  • Work on a variety of administrative tasks and want to help move the company forward

  • Assist with HR processes (recruiting, employee onboarding and offboarding)

  • Use your strong organizational skills and creative abilities

  • Work independently and are focused on finding solutions

You have:

  • A curious, trustworthy, quality-conscious, team-oriented and communicative personality

  • Experience with administrative tasks in the areas of Project Management, HR and Finance, ideally in an IT environment (about 5 years)

  • Worked with common software packages such as MS Office and others

  • An affinity for IT and willingness to get to know new tools and technologies

  • Flexibility when it comes to spontaneous assignments

  • Fluency in English
