Job requirements

You will…

  • Identify and transform customer-specific requirements into specifications considering technical and business constraints but also the existing product features of Nezasa
  • Team up with the product management to specify new product features
  • Work closely with our technical leads during the design and implementation phase
  • Help our engineering team to fully understand the customer’s pain points to be solved
  • Help clients use the Nezasa Platform efficiently
  • Support our Product and Project Managers in their day-to-day activities

    You have...

    • 2+ years of relevant business analyst / requirement analysis or software engineering experience
    • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information management systems or a related field
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Do not shy away from querying the database, make a REST call or even have a direct look at the source code when required
    • Experience with modelling tools like UML or BPMN
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers, prospects, and internal departments
    • Fluent German and English speaking and writing skills
    • Travel industry experience and/or hands-on development experience are a big plus
