Nezasa is one of the most innovative scale-ups in travel technology. Our SaaS solution empowers travel brands globally to combine all planning and booking related actions into one seamless end-to-end experience and Europe's biggest tour operators already trust us to deliver on this promise.
It is the responsibility of the Sales Team at Nezasa to capture our customer's interest and show them how our product can elevate their business to the next level. This crucial role knows the ins and outs of both our product as well as also our customers' needs and collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners. Our Sales team is active in various markets worldwide, with team members distributed across various locations to work directly with customers. To further support our growth in international market we want to strengthen the part of our Sales team that is based in Lisbon.

As a Sales Development Representative at Nezasa
You will...
- Represent Nezasa towards the outside and act as the initial contact for prospects, cultivating the initial relationship, qualifying prospects, and firing up their interest in the Nezasa platform
- Generate outbound leads through cold calling or e-mailing, and respond to inbound requests via e-mail, ticket or chat
- Qualify the generated leads through effective questioning to ensure they are a good fit for Nezasa
- Thoroughly document leads including all relevant information in the CRM
- Hand over prospects to Sales Executives through setting up initial meetings or calls
- Provide support to senior sales by preparing customer facing materials, conducting relevant research and documenting information
- Identify best practices to refine Nezasa’s lead generation playbook
Job requirements
To become our Sales Development Representative
You have...
- An obsession with building and cultivating a great customer network
The ability to identify customer needs and the perseverance to keep them on the hook
A highly ambitious and dynamic personality operating with a sense of urgency
The aptitude to manage numerous requests and demands simultaneously
0-3 years of sales or customer service / success experience in a software as a service (SaaS) environment, ideally within the travel industry or one associated with it
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent is preferred; alternatively professional courses in the area of sales / solution selling
Experience with various SaaS tools such as CRM Systems (ideally HubSpot), Outbound Sales tools, and Google Apps
Fluent English, spoken and written; German skills are a strong plus
