Nezasa is a Swiss TravelTech scale-up with offices in Zurich, Lisbon, and Santiago de Chile that empowers travel brands all over the world.

As our Sales Director DACH you will have full responsibility for sales activities in the German-speaking (DACH) markets. In this position you will represent Nezasa, both towards new prospects and towards existing customers with the goal to win new business and expand existing relationships respectively. You will educate customers about the benefits of our SaaS solution and match them with the right product plan to drive value and enhance their business, covering all stages of the sales cycle from qualification and negotiation to closing the deal. By working together closely with our Customer Experience team you will be able to purposefully engage with a broad customer base that leads Nezasa to new commercial opportunities for sustainable growth.

This is a fully remote role, but you are ideally located in Germany to be close to your core markets.

Job requirements

As the Sales Director for the DACH markets at Nezasa

You will...

  • Take charge of all sales activities within the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) markets
  • Consistently close sales opportunities with assigned customer segments aiming to exceed your sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships that foster business growth, provide upsell opportunities and increase Nezasa’s share of wallet through calls, in-person meetings and trade fair participation
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, characterised by a high number of well documented deals in the various stages of the CRM (HubSpot) that allow for a constant inflow of new clients
  • Create and conduct customer facing presentations, product demonstrations, solution proposals, and service orders for successful deal management
  • Provide regular reporting of prospecting, pipeline and forecast through the CRM system
  • Work in close partnership with the Customer Experience team to follow through on new opportunities to grow the customer base

You have...

  • 5+ years of sales and/or account management experience in a Software-as-a-Service environment, ideally within the Travel Industry or associated
  • A Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent and/or professional courses in the area of sales / solution selling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to understand and convey complex SaaS travel-technology concepts to customer with the ability to identify customer needs and the perseverance to keep prospects on the hook
  • An obsession with building and cultivating an excellent customer network
  • Fluent German and English, spoken and written
  • Knowledge of various SaaS tools such as CRM Systems (ideally HubSpot), Outbound Sales tools, and Google Apps
