Requirements

You will…

  • Be part of a team that deploys Nezasa’s cutting-edge products TripBuilder and TripBooster in the worldwide travel market

  • Be a subject matter expert for the usage and integration of the Nezasa products 

  • Play a central role in the onboarding of new customers

  • Demonstrate and explain our software and its functionality to current and prospective customers

  • Write requirement specifications for missing features and coordinate these with product management 

  • Support sales in making sure that the customer is aware of the functionality of our platform and and in defining the high-level business solution

  • Support account management in situations where their customers have in-depth questions about our products

You have…

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related field within a software or SaaS environment 

  • A solid understanding of the travel trade and the tour operating business

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • The ability to write great functional specifications

  • A strong customer focus

  • Solid understanding of software and technology

  • Fun working on several projects in parallel and in a distributed, international team

  • A self-starter mentality and great attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English required
