Your role

  • Lead the strategic sales efforts in collaboration with the pre-sales team and manage all stages of the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signed

  • Establish strong, long-term client relationships through prospecting, meetings, trade shows, networking events, etc.

  • Identify and approach new potential clients across multiple segments and geographies

  • Participate in identifying and setting up KPIs and metrics

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts

  • This is a sales hunter role that will be targeted and measured on new business

  • Reports directly to Head of Sales and Marketing


The perfect candidate

  • 5+ years strategic B2B sales with proven results, preferably within software and technology

  • A self-motivated mindset, energetic and with the ability to work hard, smart and with high levels of urgency

  • A professional and tactful sales hunter that does not take no for an answer, is hands-on and has the ability to get the job done

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral)

  • A high level of organization and detail orientation

  • Self-starter attitude and the ability to develop and maintain own pipeline

  • A perfect command of English plus either German or another European language

  • Ability to travel internationally, approx. 25-30%
